Main Job Task – Site Supervision:
- Supervise daily maintenance activities and coordinate work assignments for technicians on multiple sites.
- Allocate manpower, monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
- Drive company vehicles safely to transport technicians, tools, equipment and materials to assigned locations.
- Ensure all maintenance teams arrive at sites on schedule and perform assigned work efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor quality of work and compliance with company standards.
- Coordinate with clients, tenants and supervisors regarding job status, work schedules and site requirements.
- Monitor attendance, productivity and performance of field technicians.
- Ensure availability of required tools, materials and spare parts before mobilizing to sites.
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness, conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance requirements.
- Prepare daily work reports, vehicle logs and site progress updates accurately.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and arrange immediate team deployment.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and operational procedures on all project sites.
- Support project execution, fit-out works and emergency maintenance activities whenever required.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and company representatives.
- Report operational issues, manpower shortages and site challenges to management promptly.
- Ensure efficient coordination between office staff, supervisors and field teams to achieve operational targets.
