Education: Technical Diploma / Technical Certification preferred
Nationality: English/ Urdu /Hindi
Main Job Task – HVAC Maintenance:
- Carry out installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties
- Attend service requests and breakdown calls promptly and ensure timely resolution • Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems including cleaning, servicing and inspection
- Diagnose faults in HVAC systems and carry out necessary repair or replacement works
- Inspect, test and maintain split units, central AC systems and ventilation systems
- Monitor system performance and ensure efficient cooling and proper functioning
- Carry out gas checking, leakage identification and basic refrigerant handling support
- Clean and replace air filters, coils and related components as per maintenance schedule
- Ensure all HVAC systems are operating in compliance with safety and company standards
- Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide immediate technical support
- Maintain proper usage and handling of HVAC tools, equipment and materials
- Coordinate with supervisor regarding job updates, technical issues and material requirements
- Complete job cards, service reports and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
- Conduct site inspections and report any system issues or required upgrades
- Maintain professional communication with clients, tenants and site representatives
- Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards at all times
- Support installation and maintenance work in renovation and fit-out projects when required
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Report system failures, damages and required parts to the department immediately
