Offered Salary: 2,000 – 3,000 AED

Experience Area: HVAC Maintenance/ Facility Services (UAE- 4-7 years exp)

Education: Technical Diploma / Technical Certification preferred

Language: English/Hindi/Nepalese

Main Job Task – HVAC Maintenance:

Carry out installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems across residential and commercial properties
Attend service requests and breakdown calls promptly and ensure timely resolution
Perform preventive maintenance on air conditioning systems including cleaning, servicing and inspection
Diagnose faults in HVAC systems and carry out necessary repair or replacement works
Inspect, test and maintain split units, central AC systems and ventilation systems
Monitor system performance and ensure efficient cooling and proper functioning
Carry out gas checking, leakage identification and basic refrigerant handling support
Clean and replace air filters, coils and related components as per maintenance schedule
Ensure all HVAC systems are operating in compliance with safety and company standards
Respond to emergency breakdowns and provide immediate technical support
Maintain proper usage and handling of HVAC tools, equipment and materials
Coordinate with supervisor regarding job updates, technical issues and material requirements
Complete job cards, service reports and maintenance documentation accurately and on time
Conduct site inspections and report any system issues or required upgrades
Maintain professional communication with clients, tenants and site representatives
Ensure adherence to health, safety and environmental standards at all times
Support installation and maintenance work in renovation and fit-out projects when required
Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned tasks
Report system failures, damages, and required parts to the department immediately
