Experience Area: Maintenance & Technical Services (UAE- 3-7 years exp)
Education: Technical Diploma / Technical Certification preferred
Nationality: English/ Urdu / Hindi
Main Job Task – Technical Maintenance :
- Carry out general maintenance and repair works across residential and commercial properties
- Attend assigned service requests and maintenance calls promptly and ensure timely completion
- Perform basic troubleshooting and repair works across multiple maintenance areas as required
- Carry out general electrical maintenance such as fixing lights, switches, sockets and minor wiring issues
- Perform basic plumbing-related support including leak fixing, blockage removal and fixture replacement when required
- Carry out general carpentry and handyman works including door repair, lock fixing, hinge adjustment and minor furniture repairs
- Support minor civil maintenance works such as wall patching, drilling, painting touch-ups and surface repairs
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently and in line with company standards
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues and provide immediate on-site support • Inspect assigned properties and report maintenance issues, damages and required repairs to supervisor
- Maintain and handle tools, equipment and materials with proper care and usage
- Coordinate with supervisor regarding job updates, work progress and material requirements
- Complete job cards, work orders and service reports accurately and submit within required timelines
- Maintain professional communication with tenants, clients and site representatives
- Support general installation, repair and maintenance activities as per operational requirements
- Follow company safety procedures and always maintain a safe working environment • Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of assigned tasks
- Assist team members in day-to-day maintenance operations whenever required
- Report any technical issues, shortages or maintenance concerns to the department immediately
