About the Job:

We are looking for a Mason Cum Carpenter – Permanent Contract

Job Details:

Employment: Full Time.
Industry: Technical Services / Facility Management.
Job Type: Long Term – Permanent.
Job Title: Mason Technician.
Location: Dubai, UAE.
Experience Area: Civil Maintenance / Masonry Works / Technical Services (UAE – 2–3 years' experience).
Education: Technical Diploma / Trade Certification preferred.

Main Job Task – Masonry Maintenance & Civil Works:

Carry out masonry repairs, block work, plastering, tiling and civil maintenance works across residential and commercial properties.
Perform wall repairs, crack filling, rendering, waterproofing and surface finishing as required.
Install and repair ceramic tiles, floor tiles, wall tiles and interlock paving.
Carry out concrete repair works, floor screeding and minor structural maintenance.
Repair damaged walls, ceilings, partitions, steps, kerbs and other civil structures.
Perform preventive maintenance inspections to identify civil defects and maintenance requirements.
Attend assigned maintenance requests and complete jobs within the specified timeline.
Support renovation, refurbishment and fit-out projects with masonry and finishing works.
Ensure proper use and maintenance of masonry tools, equipment and construction materials.
Coordinate with supervisors regarding work progress, site conditions and material requirements.
Complete job cards, maintenance reports and daily work documentation accurately.
Conduct site inspections and report structural defects requiring further attention.
Follow company safety policies, work procedures and quality standards at all times.
Maintain professional communication with tenants, clients and site representatives.
Ensure high-quality workmanship and timely completion of all assigned maintenance activities.
Report major civil defects, material shortages and safety concerns immediately to the department.
